Our Day-care One-Stop Centre provides services such as outpatient urodynamics, bedside ultrasonography and biofeedback therapy for urology & gastrointestinal patients.
Minor procedures such as tube/catheter changes, stoma care, dressings, suture removal and not requiring in-patient admissions are performed here as well.

Urotherapy services are available at the urology daycare clinic in Level 6, KKWK Block, which serves as a hub for children with urinary incontinence and other bladder outflow problems.. Parents and patients can receive support and advice regarding toilet training, incontinence, and procedures such as clean intermittent catheterization.

We provide personalised and customised treatment for children and adolescents up to aged 16 years, who experience either constipation and/or stool incontinence. There are a variety of causes, including:
- Congenital anorectal abnormalities, such as anorectal malformation and Hirschsprung’s disease
- Complex developmental abnormalities, such as cloacal anomaly, cloacal exstrophy and bladder exstrophy
- Spinal diseases leading to bladder and bowel dysfunction, such as spina bifida
- Functional constipation
Ours is a nurse-led service, closely supervised by a multidisciplinary team of consultants.
These services are sited in our Surgical Day Care suite on 6th Floor, Paediatric Block, Kompleks Wanita dan Kanak-kanak.
